"untap all permanents you control during each other player's untap step."
Static/Activated?

Yeah, I meant that tongue .
Does anyone know if you can get a */* creature out with wild pair when a 0/0 comes into play?(like playing a riptide replicator for , say, 0)

A very important point on how the 'static stack' works:

1. Copy effects
2. Control-changing effects
3. Text-changing effects
4. Type-changing effects
5. All other continuous effects that do not change power or toughness
6. Continuous effects that change power and toughness

This means if something says 'creatures with power 1 are indestructible' and you have a Gaea's Anthem out, a creature with original power 1 will still be indestructible.

PostSubject: Debt of loyalty   Sat Mar 07, 2009 9:40 pm

It's always worth checking gatherer for fine points of text. Debt of Loyalty isn't quite as good as it seems William . These are the errata from Gatherer:

4/1/2008 Playing Debt of Loyalty puts a regeneration shield on a creature. If, later in the turn, that creature would be destroyed, instead it regenerates and you gain control of it. Note that it will be tapped when you gain control of it. The control change has no duration; you’ll retain control of that creature until the game ends or until some other effect causes it to change control.
4/1/2008 If you play Debt of Loyalty but nothing happens to the targeted creature for the rest of the turn that would cause it to be destroyed, Debt of Loyalty has no visible effect. The regeneration shield wears off at the end of the turn. If the creature regenerates during a later turn, you won’t gain control of it.
4/1/2008 If a creature has two regeneration shields on it -- one from a Debt of Loyalty you played and one from another effect -- and it would be destroyed, its controller chooses which regeneration shield to use. If that player chooses to use the Debt of Loyalty shield, you’ll gain control of the creature. If the player chooses to use the other shield, you won’t gain control of the creature, but the Debt of Loyalty shield will remain on that creature for the rest of the turn (in case it would be destroyed again).
4/1/2008 You may play Debt of Loyalty targeting a creature you already control. If you do, and that creature would be destroyed later in the turn, it will regenerate and you’ll gain control of it (though gaining control of a creature you already control usually has no visible effect).
4/1/2008 An indestructible creature never needs to regenerate, so Debt of Loyalty will have no effect on it.

I wish Wizards hadn't errataed it, but I suppose it was rather overpowered...

I checked the prices:

Cranial Extraction: $4.35 ( Shocked )
2x Glorious Anthem: $4 each
Heat Shimmer 45c
3x Master Warcraft 50c each
Righteousness $1
Twist Alleigiance 45c
Ghostway $1.45
Desert $2.45 ( Shocked )
Total $24

Necroskitter $4
Watery Grave $11.75
Overgrown Tomb $9.95
Vicious Shadows 40c - predictably the cheapest card
Total $26.10

Wow .. pretty close on the trades, $26 versus $24. If cranial extraction hadn't fallen again we would have been spot on.

Say, does anyone know if "creatures can't attack you" abilities prevent players from attacking Planeswalkers you control?

I reckon it would, coz they still attack you but damage is dealt to them, isn't it.

because to attack u cant attack a creature unless it has provoke
there fore u declare on to the player
that is null and void if u cant attack the player
