Time spiral has been best overall....as you pointed out to me once, you effectively get 2 rares.....

Prior to that it was Planar Chaos, since 50% of the time I;d get 2x rares as well. But I started getting a Braids everytime or so it seemed so I gave up.

More recently 10th Edition has been really good.

But now I am favoring Shadowmoor...Depends what you want really.....I've had 3x Demigods but want a 4th.

I was thinking Ravnica because half the rares are worth a ton (Shadow of Doubt, Glimpse the Unthinkable, Doubling Season, Dual Lands, the list goes on ) cyclops , but I did get three rares in a Time Spiral booster once. Maybe Kamigawa because they're real cheap at this time.

Ravnica is a good idea, most rares are worth a good amount, as opposed to other sets where some rares are worth heaps but most are worthless.

Especially the US$9.95 Temple Garden I got Very Happy
EDIT=> The commons box is really worth going to at the moment. I found two Faceless Butchers, lots of real good Shadowmoor/Eventide commons, an abundance of uncommons of mixed strengths, and Unhinged lands affraid afro
Say, did anyone know Future Sight Tarmogoyf jumped up to about US$50?

Unless you are playing entomb, DOR's are not the greatest anyway.

i agree max

and also i ask when the next order is as the last one took so long to prepare. If the next one also takes as long and there is no reasion to assume it wont, then i had best get organiosing it now if either you or kevin are intending to order anytime in the next month.

Thanks Guys!

I put the order into Wizards immediately I received it from Sam which was on Sunday night at 7pm. The order went through on Sunday night. Unfortunately this was still Saturday in the USA and I didn't get confirmation that the order had been dispatched from the Wizards until Wednesday morning. It takes a week to get to NZ, so that will be next week now.

I agreed to pay all of the P&P which amounted to an extra $NZ20, I am happy to order cards for anyone but the small cost I charge is a little appreciation (thankyou Samuel!)

In regards to DOR, yes Entomb is a very good card, I just bought two cheaply on TradeMe (far cheaper than Wizards) but Buried Alive is an even better card for use with DOR and there are 3. Combined with 4x Dark Ritual gives the possibility for a Turn 1 Kill, but not extremely likely.

Kevin & Michael wont trade their DOR's for good reason and the last one I saw on TradeMe was $30.

All(or most) of the posts about the draft have been split into random ramblings, as Drafting.
